How many of us truly inspect the food we eat?
Did you know there are clues in common fruits and vegetables that we eat… hopefully everyday! These clues can help us remember how certain foods support our bodies.
Here are a few to wet your appetite:
- Carrots – sliced, they look like the iris of your eye
- Walnuts – look like the brain
- Pomegranates – inside, look like hundreds of red blood cells
- Kidney beans – they look like kidneys… they have the name of kidneys… they must support the… kidneys
So next time you slice open a tomato or grab a clump of grapes to eat, notice the clues we are given to help us eat for great health.
