Save Your Feet!

 

How are those feet of yours?  Better yet, how about that stress level?

 

Here’s a great way to relax those tired tootsies and help calm your frayed nerves at the same time.  

 

Foot Soak:

Add about ¼ cup of Himalayan salt to a large bowl of water that is heated as hot as you like. Soak your feet for 20-30 minutes. While your feet are soaking, drink a cup of your favorite relaxing tea, such as Chamomile, Valerian, or Catnip, to name a few.

 

Sit down, relax, and give yourself a treat to restore your twinkle toes & sparkly spirit!
