Juice Up Your Thyroid with Juicing

Here’s a quick and easy tonic to give your sluggish thyroid a nutritional boost.  It’s got your basic vitamin A’s, B’s, and C’s that your body needs…. but it also has radishes!  There’s a vegetable that you don’t think of juicing too often. Radish juice contains a sulfur compound called Raphanin that is reputed to support thyroid health and is a potential hormone regulator.

Wash the following organic ingredients:

    • 6 carrots
    • 1 cucumber
    • 10 radishes
  • 1/2 lemon

Pull your juicer out of storage and feed it your veggies. Squeeze in the 1/2 lemon, mix, and enjoy.
